Refer friends and earn VAWAA credits

Know someone that would love to go on a VAWAA? Were you referred by someone? Now you and your friend can both get $50 off your next VAWAA!

Here's how it works –

For the person who was referred

• When booking your VAWAA, please indicate who referred you (full name and email address that your referrer used to subscribe to VAWAA newsletter) 
• You’ll both be eligible for a $50 discount as long as you both meet this criteria: 1. You are both actively subscribed to VAWAA newsletter. 2. You are not subscribed with multiple emails and owner of both the referred and referring emails.
• Once we verify the source of your referral, a $50 credit will be applied to your booking.
• Each referral can only benefit once from a travel referral credit (i.e. it's a one-time deal). Refer your friends to start racking up more credits!
• Maximum 3 credits ($150) per booking. Credits can only be redeemed by one person per booking. 
• Referral credit can’t be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
• Referral credits are valid for 1 year. Your VAWAA trip dates can be after the one year mark but you must book within the year of receiving the referral credits.
• Credit can not be retroactively applied to bookings completed or to online sessions. 
• If you cancel your VAWAA, credit can’t be refunded or applied again to another VAWAA.
• VAWAA reserves the right to update the referral program at any time.

For the person who referred someone 

• Thank you for your referral! You are eligible to receive $50 credit towards your next VAWAA when your name and email is mentioned during booking, as long as you meet the following criteria: 1. You are actively subscribed to VAWAA newsletter. 2. You are not subscribed with multiple emails and owner of both the referred and referring emails.
• You are eligible to receive your $50 credit as soon as the person you referred books their VAWAA. 
• If you are already booked on a VAWAA, we can apply your $50 credit to your current booking. You must redeem your credit(s) before your final payment is due.
• If you are not currently booked on a VAWAA, you can use your credit toward a new VAWAA.
• If you refer multiple people, you can multiply your credits. (i.e. 3 referrals = $150 credit). You can earn additional credit through our Art Spotter's program. 
• When you’re ready to cash in, just include a note in your booking request or shoot us an email at [email protected].
