"I’ve got something in me, I don’t know what, that wants to soar." - Rimbaud
Join us for a step-by-step journey of discovery, for both writers and non-writers guided by VAWAA Guest artist and award-winning playwright, screenwriter and author Catherine Ann Jones (Calamity Jane, Unlikely Angel, Touched by an Angel series).
Sages and seers of the past knew that accessing and communicating with the inner visionary is a universal way of healing, encouraging growth, and sparking transformation. In two 90 minute interactive sessions we'll be awakening our inner visionary through deep listening, an important tool for staying in touch with your inner self.
Through guided visualizations and short writing exercises, Catherine will help us to cultivate and deepen inner awareness so that we can learn to trust that often-hidden voice that reflects intuitive insight. All that is required is to be still and attentive to the soul's calling. It is not only the world that needs changing, it is ourselves.
Both sessions will be running on Saturday April 23rd. Join us for the first half from 12pm to 1:30pm EST. After a break we will reconvene for the second half, from 3pm to 4:30pm EST.
All levels are welcome. There will be plenty of time to share, get feedback and meet other participants from around the world.
If you are not in EST time zone, be sure to convert the time.
What you'll need
A notepad and pen/pencil.
How to join
We'll be hosting this VAWAA Online on Zoom. We'll send the link and details to join via email 1 day and again 1 hour before it begins.
