My original intention was to expand my 3 years of experience with clay... learning new techniques and homing in on more of a unique point of view with my work. While I was able to accomplish my goal, in hindsight it paled in comparison to what I took away from the trip which was a real friendship, renewed inspiration, and lasting memories.
