Since I have already been studying  calligraphy for a few years, I wanted something a lot more than  a beginners course, but that was still accessible to a tourist. The lessons with Chikako through VAWAA were exactly what I wanted. I definitely learned a lot about technique and style, and I will use this in my calligraphy study in the future.
