We love cooking and discovering new flavours. I also fell in love with Newfoundland and wanted to share this with my husband. I surprised him with this experience for his 50th birthday. Since we love meeting new people and hearing their stories, this seemed to tick all the boxes of a custom experience without any pretense. In the end, we ended up with a personal guide to all things delicious that NL has to offer.  And direct introductions to some of the top food culture specialists in the province.

We will likely find ways to work from Newfoundland so that we can spend extra time in what is probably the “friendliest place in North-America”. Newfoundland is stunning on the eyes and the food scene is outstanding. We also have a deeper understanding of how to use certain foods and creative ways of storing them. There are some great recipes in our roster for future meals!
