My kids gave me this trip to Gees Bend for my 70th Birthday. I had always been intrigued with their style of quilting.

It didn’t take long to feel like we had known Marlene and Loretta for forever. We laughed and told stories and talked about our families and learned so much about their generations of quilters. fascinating history. Think about the best quilting get away you have ever been on, this was better!!!!!! :)
