I’m a writer by day and I always wanted to learn another creative outlet. I was hoping to grasp the understanding and really only expected to produce a small piece of fabric, not a finished shawl! The outcome was a complete shawl and while the pattern is not consistent, I love that about it because you can tell it was handmade. I’m excited to take more weaving classes near my home and I've already started my hunt for a floor loom.
