Nancy & Germaine

A friend and I love to experience different parts of the world and our favorite way to access a new culture is from exposure to the food.  We saw this opportunity on VAWAA and as we had little knowledge of Penang, but had enjoyed a trip to Kuala Lumpur several years ago, we signed on.

This experience exceeded all of our expectations. Penang is a lovely island filled with natural beauty, sensational food, and a uniquely diverse population. Every person we met was extremely generous and friendly. The smiles of the people could light up any room. I will surely return.
