The opportunity to work with an artist in their home/home country intrigued me greatly. To visit a new country, new place and experience a new culture sealed the deal for me. This adventure and journey impacted me ways I never expected.  To take a vacation that included working with my hands, learning new skills, being fully present,  comprehending new viewpoints/outlooks, and letting each day unfold is profound.
