My adventures with VAWAA is part of a 4 month sabbatical where I will be working with artists around the world. It has been a fabulous experience so far. All the artists have been so welcoming.  Traveling with VAWAA not only gives me the opportunity to practice new artistic skills, it gives me the opportunity to really interact with people who live in the culture of the countries I am visiting. This is something I would not be able to experience by merely being a tourist. I am so grateful for this adventure!

The mural was so sweet and reflected the rest of my adventure going forward. Working with Pum Pum gave me an idea of how to simply take an idea from nothing to something that is doable in a vary short amount of time. While I don't know if I will ever have the opportunity to paint on a wall outside again, I will definitely be doing a mural inside my home!
