I sought to experience a different form of a vacation where I was able to use my time productively while maintaining a sense of being away from home. It was a cool artist retreat that I look forward to experiencing again. Being in the company of other artists who is just as passionate about their work and the world helped to shape this sense of community. To be within the space of another artist is nothing short of inspiring.
