We love cooking and thought the VAWAA would be a nice way for my spouse and I to learn and vacation together. While I wanted to work on knife skills my spouse wanted to do complicated stuff. We both got what we wanted and more from this experience.

My spouse is inspired to try more creative projects including making his own dishes. I still have a way to go with my knife skills but at least I’m less dangerous to myself and others.
