For this VAWAA, I was hoping to learn new techniques. I really enjoyed how Mie was helpful with the projects I had in mind. I explored paper porcelain, molding porcelain, very strong and rough clays, new glazing colors. I also had a bigger project in mind: assembling a lamp! It took me some several hours, but I am very satisfied about the results! All of my pieces that were bisqued-fire went well, and I am proud of the results! Some of the pieces will be mailed in a few weeks after all the process, and I look forward to see them! This workshop helped me to go further in my practice of ceramics and pushed me to make other things than bowls, plates and vases!
