Melissa & Beverly

We are teachers from Vermont and wanted to learn more about the history of the South and how stories are shared and passed down through quilting. This experience was wonderful; absolutely wonderful. As educators, we have a better understanding of the history and people of the area. We are looking forward to bringing the art of quilting to our students and helping them understand how we can learn about people and places through quilts (and the Arts) and tell our own stories.
