I am an avid traveler and enjoy finding experiences beyond the typical tourist attractions. The VAWAA opportunity appealed to my desire to be creative, to learn and to see and experience Amsterdam through a different lens - literally! I had dabbled in photography many years ago and this VAWAA provided a chance to revisit this art form in a unique and exciting way. This experience has re-ignited my creativity and inspired me to keep learning and hopefully expand my skills as a photographer. Thanks to VAWAA and Tatjana I now have the confidence and the courage to look at the world around me through a different lens.
